The Romel stone sector is an entertaining sport rock climbing sector. This rock consists of two 15 meter high climbing blocks, with different difficulties, that will put you to the test and will make you enjoy a day of adrenaline, testing your limits on this rock of excellent quality for this sport. This incredible climbing sector is surrounded by a sclerophyllous forest of the central zone where we can find the most beautiful specimens. Moreover, the river invites us to cool off and enjoy its beautiful pools. Definitely, a day of pure nature, adventure and climbing that you will love.

Both the pickup and return, is done where the client indicates as long as the place indicated is within the area and / or region mentioned above and with prior coordination with our team.

What is the difficulty of the routes we are going to climb?

 

If you do not have previous experience: School level 5.8 – 5.9 – 10a.

If you have previous experience: Advanced level 10a – 11a.


How many routes will you be able to climb?

 

The number of routes to climb will depend on your physical capacity and experience.

There is no limit to the number of attempts per climbing route. You can try as many times as you want.

Climb without rush, the rock climbing day is focused on you being able to enjoy and climb as much as you want so you can improve your technique and learn together with us.


Type of climbing Top Rope or Lead? 

 

Routes will be equipped and unequipped by our climbing guides.

Climbing will only be allowed in Tope Rope mode.

Clients will not be allowed to climb in “Lead” mode, as this type of climbing requires more experience and technical knowledge, which cannot be verified during the Rock Climbing outing. Moreover, in this type of climbing, the guides cannot have total control of the actions performed by the client, putting the safety of the activity at risk.

If the client wants to climb in “Lead” mode, he/she will have to meet previously in a Sport Climbing Gym, to test and certify his/her knowledge before the Rock Climbing outing.


The attractive of rock climbing day at Romel Stone

 

You will enjoy a day of high quality rock climbing of 15 to 20 meters high in the Cajón del Maipo.

You will get to know the endemic flora and fauna of central Chile.

This climbing area is surrounded by sclerophyllous forest of the Central zone.

You will see the impressive geography of the area. The rocks are located in a natural viewpoint.

You will visit the Cajón del Maipo.

We invite you to enjoy a delicious hot chocolate after an intense day of climbing, this will allow us to know part of the gastronomy of the area.

Very close to the climbing area you can enjoy a swim in the pools formed by the El Manzano stream. The river flows next to the climbing area.


Requirements for the rock climbing activity

 

No previous experience is required.

Health according to activity.

To have the appropriate personal technical clothing for the activity.

If you are a minor, you must have written authorization from your parents or guardians.

You must complete and sign a medical form which is given to you before each activity.

To validate your reservation you must deposit 50% of the total amount of the expedition. To do so, please write to our email info@allmountain.cl and we will tell you the form and details of payment.
**The payment of the reservation made from abroad is made through Paypal: When using this form of payment, the corresponding amount will be added according to the amount of the reservation, which is the Paypal charge when payments are made from abroad.


This is how we like to work and enjoy each activity

 

We work only with 4×4 cars equipped for the mountain (comfortable and with great capacity to travel mountain roads).

 

We work with groups that, in general, do not exceed six people per outing (which helps us to provide a more personalized service, in which a more familiar and concentrated atmosphere is generated).

 

Allmountain is certified by Sernatur (Certification of Tourist Guides; Certification in Adventure Tourism, sub-areas of: High Mountain, hiking, trekking, climbing) and is currently registered in the Registry of Tourism Service Providers of the same institution.

 

Our guides are people with experience in the field and have the required certifications to work in these activities (certifications that are also being updated), such as: Wilderness First Responder (WFR) Certification.

 

In each activity, we privilege the provision of a sustainable service: we use recyclable and organic products, we promote the principles of NDR (Leave No Trace), we promote local tourism, etc.

 

If you want to participate in a trekking or expedition and you do not have the technical equipment to do so, Allmountain includes them within each activity (if required). Example: tent, crampons, ice axe, helmet, etc.
