Mt. Provincia (2.750 masl) Trekking

The real challenge starts here!

Mt. Provincia (2,750 masl)

If you are looking to challenge your limits and feel your body, breath and spirit, we invite you to discover this wonderful trekking to Mt. Provincia. From beginning to end, we will be able to live the experience of connecting with the place, listen to the birds of the area and feel the scent of the mountain. As we ascend the landscape changes: at first it is green and lush, and then it becomes a moving landscape of medium / high mountain mainly rocky. Definitely, this trekking will surprise you during the whole tour with its different tones and landscapes. Don’t have enough time to do the whole tour? No problem! If you do not have much time to reach the great summit of Mt. Provincia, we recommend you to do the Half Day trekking (half day) to Alto el Naranjo (False summit Mt. Provincia). Up to this stretch, the mountain is quite physical and with a great slope, so you will be able to challenge your limits, and then you can rest at a wonderful Quillay, which protects us from the sun and gives us an ideal shade for a rest. And if we go to the summit? If you want to enjoy the whole day, the Full day itinerary will fulfill your expectations. On the way to the summit you can live an incredible mid/high mountain experience, feeling the fresh mountain breeze, walking on rocky slopes and even enjoy a short rock climb (or rock climbing) before reaching the summit, which is undoubtedly a reward after such an effort. Incredible and breathtaking views of the Andes Mountains and the great city of Santiago will be what you will be able to contemplate while resting at the top of the mountain. And, of course, during the descent, the colors of the sunset will accompany and captivate us.

We invite you to challenge your limits by hiking the great Mt. Provincia!

This is how we like to work and enjoy each activity

We work only with 4×4 cars equipped for the mountain (comfortable and with great capacity to travel mountain roads).

We work with groups that, in general, do not exceed six people per outing (which helps us to provide a more personalized service, in which a more familiar and concentrated atmosphere is generated).

Allmountain is certified by Sernatur (Certification of Tourist Guides; Certification in Adventure Tourism, sub-areas of: High Mountain, hiking, trekking, climbing) and is currently registered in the Registry of Tourism Service Providers of the same institution.

Our guides are people with experience in the field and have the required certifications to work in these activities (certifications that are also being updated), such as: Wilderness First Responder (WFR) Certification.

In each activity, we privilege the provision of a sustainable service: we use recyclable and organic products, we promote the principles of NDR (Leave No Trace), we promote local tourism, etc.

If you want to participate in a trekking or expedition and you do not have the technical equipment to do so, Allmountain includes them within each activity (if required). Example: tent, crampons, ice axe, helmet, etc.

We believe in a sustainable and sustainable tourism

In every trekking, Expedition, Mountain Tour or climbing outing, we bet on a:

Cultural Sustainability:

Souvenirs from local artisans: we visit cultural centers, museums, craft fairs in order to promote the consumption of products from local communities and that our customers interact with them to take a complete experience of the local community and their customs, food and others.

Ecological Sustainability:

We use soaps and natural cleaning products that do not contaminate the land, water of the places we visit.

We use glass containers and after each activity we separate and recycle the garbage produced during our outings.
