San Pedro de Atacama is one of the most extraordinary destinations in northern Chile and a privileged gateway to the landscapes of the Atacama Desert. From this high-altitude oasis, you can discover wind-sculpted valleys, salt flats, high-altitude lagoons, geysers, natural hot springs, geological formations, ancestral villages, and volcanoes rising above 5,000 meters.
Our 6-day programs combine nature, local culture, gastronomy, adventure, and mountain experiences in a private, safe, and personalized journey. You can choose between a panoramic program featuring an ascent of Cerro Toco (5,604 meters / 18,386 feet above sea level), or a more active program that includes a bike tour, rock climbing, and ascents of Cerro Toco and Sairecabur Volcano (5,971 meters / 19,590 feet above sea level).
Each itinerary includes transportation, accommodation, meals, entrance fees, logistical coordination, and professional guidance, allowing you to explore San Pedro de Atacama in comfort while gradually adapting to higher elevations.

Transfers not expressly included in the program, or transportation from locations outside the regular service area, may be subject to an additional charge.
We recommend completing these programs primarily between March and December. During January and February, there may be a greater likelihood of rainfall, thunderstorms, and operational changes due to the influence of the Altiplano winter.
San Pedro de Atacama has a high-altitude desert climate characterized by intense solar radiation, wind, low humidity, and significant temperature differences between day and night. Activities, mountain ascents, and schedules may be adjusted according to weather, accessibility, and safety conditions.
You will discover some of the most iconic landscapes of the Atacama Desert, including the Moon Valley, Coyote Stone viewpoint, Piedras Rojas, the Altiplanic Lagoons, Chaxa Salt Flat, the Tatio Geysers, Puritama Hot Springs, and the Hidden Lagoons of Baltinache.
You will learn about the history and ancestral culture of San Pedro de Atacama by visiting sites such as Pukará de Quitor, Socaire, Machuca, ancient petroglyphs, and ravines within Likanantay territory.
You will enjoy local cuisine, carefully selected accommodation, and experiences designed to help you discover the destination in a comfortable, authentic, and well-organized way.
You will have the opportunity to ascend Cerro Toco (5,604 meters / 18,386 feet above sea level), one of San Pedro de Atacama’s classic high-altitude mountains, with outstanding views of the Chilean and Bolivian Altiplano.
The Mountain & Adventure Program also includes a bike tour, rock climbing, and an ascent of Sairecabur Volcano (5,971 meters / 19,590 feet above sea level).
You will follow a gradual acclimatization process, combining panoramic excursions and physical activities before the high-altitude mountain ascents.
You will be supported by private transportation, professional guides, communication systems, technical equipment, and the comprehensive logistics of Allmountain Chile.
Participants must be in good health and physically capable of managing altitude, intense solar radiation, cold temperatures, wind, and the demands of the selected program.
For the Panoramic Program, a reasonable level of general fitness and basic hiking experience are recommended. The Mountain & Adventure Program requires a moderate level of physical fitness, previous trekking experience, and a willingness to participate in more demanding activities.
Any medical condition, injury, allergy, recent surgery, ongoing treatment, or regular medication must be reported to our team in advance.
Participants must complete, sign, and submit the required medical form and documentation before the program begins.
Appropriate technical clothing is required for cold, wind, intense solar radiation, sudden temperature changes, and mountain activities.
Participants must have trekking or mountaineering footwear that has been previously worn and is in good condition.
All guide instructions, schedules, pace requirements, and operational and safety decisions must be respected throughout the program.
Continued participation in mountain ascents and other activities will be subject to the guide team’s assessment of acclimatization, physical condition, weather, terrain, and overall safety.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel, accident, and rescue insurance that specifically covers trekking, mountaineering, and activities above 5,000 meters.
Both programs have a duration of 6 days and are available as private, private group, open group, or Tailor-Made experiences.

To reserve your place on the expedition, a 50% deposit per participant or group is required. The deposit may be paid by national or international bank transfer, Mercado Pago payment link, PayPal payment link, or WISE.
You may choose any of our published departure dates. If you are viewing this page on a smartphone, the available dates will appear near the bottom of the page. If you are using a desktop computer, they will be displayed on the right-hand side.
As our prices vary according to the number of confirmed participants, the final price per person will depend on the total number of participants confirmed for each expedition.
For example, if an expedition already has 3 confirmed participants and you decide to join, you will become the 4th participant. The price corresponding to 4 participants will then apply to every member of the group, according to the selected itinerary and departure date.
The remaining balance is payable at pick-up to the lead guide, either in cash (Chilean Pesos, USD, or EUR), by national or international debit or credit card using the portable Getnet payment terminal available in our vehicles, or through the same payment method used for the deposit. In this final case, a Mercado Pago or PayPal payment link will be provided, as applicable.
Deposits made from outside Chile must be paid through PayPal. The corresponding PayPal fees for international payments will be added according to the deposit amount.
Conversions from CLP (Chilean Pesos) to foreign currencies will be calculated using the exchange rate in effect on the date each payment is made, both for the deposit and the remaining balance.
We operate exclusively with mountain-equipped 4×4 vehicles, providing comfort, reliability, and sufficient capacity for travel on remote and high-altitude roads.
We generally work with small groups of no more than six participants per departure, allowing us to offer a more personalized, attentive, and friendly experience.
Allmountain Chile is registered and certified by SERNATUR for Tourism Guiding and Adventure Tourism activities, including high-altitude mountaineering, hiking, trekking, and climbing. We are also listed in Chile’s official Tourism Service Providers Registry.
Our guides are experienced professionals and hold the certifications required for these activities, including current Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification and ongoing professional training.
During every activity, we prioritize responsible and sustainable tourism by using recyclable and environmentally friendly products, promoting Leave No Trace principles, and supporting local tourism and communities.
If you would like to join a trekking program or expedition but do not have the required technical equipment, Allmountain Chile includes the necessary equipment whenever specified in the selected program, such as tents, crampons, ice axes, helmets, and other technical gear.
Every trekking program, expedition, mountain tour, and climbing activity we organize is guided by the following sustainability principles:
Cultural Sustainability:
We visit cultural centers, museums, artisan markets, and local businesses to support regional communities and encourage the purchase of locally made products. These experiences allow our guests to connect with local people, traditions, cuisine, and customs in a more meaningful way.
Environmental Sustainability:
We use natural and biodegradable soaps and cleaning products whenever possible to reduce our impact on the soil and water sources of the places we visit.
We prioritize reusable and glass containers and separate recyclable waste after each activity.
Whenever possible, we help clean the areas we visit and remove any litter we find along the route.
Energy Sustainability:
We use portable solar charging systems to power mobile phones, cameras, satellite communication devices, and other electronic equipment whenever conditions allow.
