Wonderful experience in the Chilean Andes
In February’26, I had the pleasure of joining Allmountain on a expedition in Chile to Laguna Santa Rosa, Laguna Verde, nevado San Francisco and Ojos del Salado. Overall, I had a wonderful time, not only that everything was organized and executed in a perfect way, I always had the feeling that the main goal of the whole Allmountain staff was to provide us a fantastic and unique experience. I truly admire Charlie, who was not only our guide on the mountain, and our off-road driver bringing us from the camp to the mountains, but also our chief cook, „bottle washer“, and overall organizer in the camp. I was very much impressed about Georgette, who was both a great & powerful guide, as well as a very kind, helpful and motivating person. Then there was Sebastian - one of the fittest persons, I ever met. While we were suffering because of the thin air and cold temperatures, he was always ensuring our safety, and even took videos and pictures ensuring wonderful memories. Not to forget about Chris, another great guide with unique repair skills, who gave us comfort when we faced cruel cold temperatures, and always had a helping hand. Finally I had the pleasure to meet Balthasar, who gave me the feeling that the utmost goal of Allmountain is customer satisfaction. I can honestly say that this mission was clearly accomplished, and would once more express my deepest gratitude towards the whole Allmountain team!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The people behind the summit When we talk about guide companies, we usually refer to them as a single entity—a brand, a business, an organization. But what often gets lost behind the company name are the people who truly make these expeditions possible. Today I want to talk about those people. Balthazar, Charlie, Georgette, Sebastian, and Jean Marie. These are the individuals who stood behind every step of my expedition with AllMountain as I attempted to climb Ojos del Salado, the highest volcano on Earth. They are not just guides—they are the fundamental pillars that make the company what it is. Throughout the expedition, they gave me exactly what I needed at every moment. Sometimes that meant technical guidance. Sometimes medical support. Sometimes simply the right words at the right time. High-altitude expeditions are not linear experiences. Over the course of my time with the team I faced sickness, fatigue, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with pushing your body close to 7,000 meters. During those moments, the professionalism and care of this team became incredibly clear. Their attention and experience helped me recover from illness, manage the physical demands of altitude, and maintain the mental clarity necessary to continue moving upward. They never treated me as just another client—they treated me as a climber whose success and safety genuinely mattered. Looking back, I know with certainty that mentally, medically, and emotionally I would not have summited Ojos del Salado without their constant support. Summit day itself was extraordinary, but the truth is that the summit is only the final chapter of a much longer story. The real success of this expedition was the environment of trust, professionalism, and human support that this team created from the very beginning. So while the company name may be AllMountain, the reason my expedition succeeded has names and faces: Balthazar. Charlie. Georgette. Sebastian. Jean Marie. To each of you—thank you for helping me stand on the summit of Ojos del Salado.

Cerro el Plomo met Balthasar en Nathalia was een fantastische ervaring. Het eten, de logistieke, de briefings, het kamp, de goede sfeer, alles was zeer professioneel geregeld en voelde tegelijk erg warm en vertrouwd. Wij hebben de hele expeditie volledig kunnen vertrouwen op onze gidsen, en konden maximaal genieten van de mooie bergen. Een diep emotionele ervaring die we met geen ander hadden willen delen.

Amazing time climbing mountains in the Atacama
One of the best mountain and trekking guiding companies I've used anywhere in the world! Balthasar, Seba, Charlie, and everyone were so amazing. They helped us successfully and safely ascend three 6,000-meter peaks in a private, three-person group, including Ojos del Salado, Cerro San Francisco, and Cerro El Muerto in the Atacama Desert in Chile. They provided comfortable accommodations for camping with our personal tents and the large kitchen tent, which doubled as a hangout place with wifi and power to charge electronics. They knew perfectly how to help us acclimatize for success on each mountain. Everyone that works for All Mountain truly cares about the well-being of each person. When we finished our itinerary early in the Atacama, they set us up with a guide in the Santiago area to climb El Plomo and we also had a great experience there. We hope to return next year for some more peaks with All Mountain!

Una gran y exitosa experiencia junto a un tremendo equipo de profesionales de la montaña, destacando la dedicación personalizada para cada uno de sus integrantes, con una logística de primer nivel. Nos regalonearon con sabrosa comida (pizza, hotdog, frutas, tortas, comida de mariscos), actividades recreativas durante la aclimatacion (un kayak y aguas termales) y guiando cada uno de nuestros pasos hasta la cumbre!!! Gracias a todo el equipo de Allmountain por una experiencia única y nos vemos en una futura expedición!!!
